FAIS AND ENTERTAIMENT

ALBACETE

The Albacete Fair, declared of International Tourist Interest, is held from 7 to 17 September in honour of the Virgin of Los Llanos. It takes place in and around the permanent fairgrounds, known as La Sartén or Los Redondeles. The Puerta de Hierros and the Templete are listed as Historic-Artistic Monuments. From April to the end of August, the fairground comes alive with the arrival of our traditional ‘TASCAS’ (taverns), where you can enjoy our most typical La Mancha dishes outdoors, especially the delicious ‘CARACOLES’ (snails).

‘La Zona’ (Let's go to the bars)

Just a few minutes' walk from our hotel are the streets of Concepción, Tejares, Tinte, Gaona, Mayor, etc. These streets are where you can best experience the festive atmosphere of Albacete, with a multitude of terraces. Going out for tapas in Albacete is always a party, which is why the ‘Jornadas de la Tapa’ (Tapas Days) are held frequently. The atmosphere is amazing!

“Antorchas Festival”

The festival combines music, high-quality cuisine and unique audiovisual experiences, and is held around the night of San Juan.

HELLÍN

It offers visitors a historical site full of monuments and rock art, and is home to the Rafael Sánchez Hortelano Museum of Holy Week and Tamborada (MUSS).
