Drinking Water
Tap water is safe to drink.
Air Conditioning
Each room has individual air conditioning throughout the year. To help save energy, please use the air conditioning with doors and windows closed. The system does not switch on or off automatically, so please use it only when necessary. If you have any questions about how it works, please contact Reception by dialling 9.
The remote control can be found on the desk or placed in a wall holder.
Fire Alarms
All rooms and common areas are equipped with fire detectors. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. Please refer to the fire safety regulations.
Additional Pillows
All double and triple rooms have an extra pillow in the wardrobe. If you require additional pillows, please request them at Reception.
Amenities
All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel, conditioner shampoo and hand soap. The hotel also provides dental kits, combs, shoe-shine kits, shaving kits and earplugs. If you require any of these products, please contact Reception by dialling 9.
Parking
The hotel has an underground car park at a rate of €9 per car per day.
The service is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be booked in advance. Motorcycles are the exception and may be reserved in advance at a rate of €6 per day.
Rates are indicative and may vary depending on the date and season.
Wall Lights
The wall lights in the rooms have an on/off switch located on the lower part of the light. To turn them on, move the switch to the ON position. They also have a USB port for charging mobile devices.
Lift
The hotel has a lift connecting Reception with the floors where the rooms are located.
Important: the lift does not provide direct access to the car park (floor -1). The garage can be accessed via the stairs.
Bicycles
We have a secure, CCTV-monitored area for bicycle storage, available at an additional charge. Bicycles are not permitted in the rooms. Electric bicycles and electric scooters are not permitted.
First Aid Kit
A first aid kit is available at Reception for basic first-aid needs.
Safe
Each room has a free-to-use safe for storing valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or loss of items stored in the safe.
Instructions for use can be found on a sticker attached to the device itself. If you have any questions about how it works, please contact Reception by dialling 9.
Bathroom Heating
The bathroom has a heating system activated by a push button. It operates for 20 minutes and can be pressed again to switch it off. Instructions for use are shown on a sticker next to the button. If you have any questions about how it works, please contact Reception by dialling 9.
Extra Bed
Subject to availability, with a limited number of units. This service carries an additional charge and must be booked in advance.
Chargers and Adapters
The hotel has chargers and adapters available for guests. They can be requested at Reception.
Door Locks
The room doors are equipped with an electronic locking/unlocking system. Reception will provide you with magnetic key cards to open your room door on the day of arrival. Please remember to return the key/card to Reception before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. If your card is lost or misplaced, please contact Reception as soon as possible.
Luggage Storage
The hotel has a CCTV-monitored room for storing luggage for up to 24 hours, both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, at no additional cost.
Cots
Free of charge, subject to availability and with a limited number of units. Must be booked in advance.
Breakfast
A continental breakfast is available and includes:
- One coffee or hot drink.
- One juice or piece of fresh fruit.
- Two items of your choice from freshly baked pastries, toast with ham, cheese, fresh tomato, tuna, butter or jam.

Farmacia Paseo de la Cuba: located at Paseo de la Cuba, 20 (3 minutes on foot).
Farmacia Hnas Lucas del Pozo: located at Calle San Antonio, 34 (4 minutes on foot).
Farmacia San Agustín: located at Calle San Agustín / Calle Salamanca, 6 (5 minutes on foot).
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and may result in a penalty.
Rooms
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, mirror and toiletries, as well as a television, telephone and internet access.
Check-in Time
Rooms are available from 14:00. In the event of an early arrival, you may access your room subject to availability or make use of our free luggage storage service.
Check-out Time
The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest. You may use our free luggage storage service.
Complaints Book
The hotel has a complaints book available at Reception.
Additional Blanket
The rooms have an extra blanket inside the wardrobes.

Maintenance
If you notice any problem or malfunction in your room, please inform Reception. You can also notify us using the maintenance request hanger located behind the door.
Maps
Street maps and tourist information about the city are available at Reception. The Albacete Tourist Office, located just a few minutes from the hotel, also provides detailed maps of the province and information about the main tourist routes.
Pets
Only one dog is permitted per room, provided that it is not a breed considered potentially dangerous and weighs no more than 30 kg. A supplement of €5 per day applies.
Pets may not be left alone in the room while the guest is away and must be kept on a lead at all times when travelling through the hotel’s common areas.
Other types of pets are not permitted.

Do Not Disturb / Please Make Up the Room
There is a hanger located behind the door which should be placed on the outside door handle if you do not wish to be disturbed. If the hanger remains in this position until 14:00, the room will not be cleaned. If you would like your room to be cleaned, please turn the hanger to the “Please Make Up the Room” side.
Code of Conduct
All guests are requested to behave respectfully towards others and to avoid making noise at night or causing any disturbance within the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who display signs of violent or inappropriate behaviour.
Valuables
The hotel is not responsible for valuables that are not deposited with the Reception department.
Lost Property
Any item found in the room after departure is handed over to Reception and registered. The guest may collect it within a maximum period of one year, either personally or by arranging and managing its shipment through a courier company after notifying the hotel in advance.
Umbrellas
Our hotel has umbrellas available at Reception. Limited availability.
Iron and Ironing Board
The hotel has a designated room with an ironing board and iron available free of charge. For safety reasons, ironing is not permitted in the rooms, so access to this area must be requested at Reception.
Environmental Policy
A small gesture that makes a difference.
To reuse towels and help save water and energy, simply leave them hanging on the towel rail. Towels placed on the floor or in the shower tray will be replaced.
Fire Alarm Call Points
Please follow the fire safety regulations.
- Under no circumstances should the lift be used to evacuate the building.
- If you hear the alarm bell, leave your room and proceed to the nearest emergency exit indicated.
- The service staircase is signposted as an emergency exit and is located next to the housekeeping offices. It may be used to leave the floors in the event of danger.
- The hotel occupies the first two floors of this building, allowing for rapid evacuation via either the main staircase or the service staircase.
- Remain calm at all times. Hotel staff will assist you in leaving the building.
- It is prohibited to transport or use objects or liquids that pose a fire hazard.
- Do not touch the electrical installation.
- If you discover a fire, raise the alarm by breaking the glass protecting the nearest alarm call point in the corridor.
- If the fire is located in the corridor and prevents you from evacuating safely, close your room door, wet towels and bed linen, and prevent smoke from entering your room by placing them against the gaps around the door.
- Notify Reception by dialling 9 from your room telephone. The hotel’s security service or the fire brigade will rescue you as quickly as possible. Please remember that more injuries are caused by smoke inhalation than by burns.

A snack and drinks vending area is available in the reception hall 24 hours a day.

All rooms have a telephone for contacting Reception (dial 9) or other rooms by dialling the number of the room you wish to contact. It is not possible to make or receive external calls.

All rooms have a television. The remote control is located on the desk. No pay-per-view channels are available.

The hotel has a closed-circuit video surveillance system in accordance with data protection regulations.
This system provides an additional security measure against unauthorised access to the hotel premises.
Visitors
Visitors who are not staying at the hotel are not permitted in the rooms. The maximum occupancy capacity of each room must also not be exceeded.
